To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following terms during your stay at Honey Bee Collection Ahangama:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
- Full payment or a valid booking guarantee is required before or upon arrival, depending on your reservation.
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance by management.
- Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the management.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused during their stay.
- Illegal activities and the use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if these terms are violated.
- Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the conditions of your selected booking rate or booking platform.

- Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
- Failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will also result in a 100% cancellation charge.
- Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and the applicable rate conditions.
